BILLIONAIRE’S SECRETARY

SEAMUS GROUP OF COMPANIES

TINA’S POV

“I won’t tell you right now; that’s going to be a surprise,” Nicole says excitedly.

“Nicole, you know I hate surprises; just tell me where we are going!” I demanded it because I know Nicole is a partly high-class young lady, and I wouldn’t go there if I knew exactly where Nicole was taking her.

“Trust me, you will love it,” Nicole says with full assurance.

“Nicole, I don’t care; I’m only going there because you forced me with your words to do so,” I say as I demonstrate the meaning of my words, as if Nicole were there with her.

“Tina, I also don’t care; all I know is that you should be prepared.”

“I’ll come over to pick you up by sunset,” Nicole stated.

“Okay, I will do as you say,” I replied, like a child subjecting myself to my mother.

“Tina remembers to wear something very nice, okay?” Nicole says.

“Hahahaha, something nice, well, I will. Are you happy now?” I asked.

“It’s not funny, Tina, and I will be happy if you do as I say and not otherwise,” Nicole states.

“Okay, I have heard you; I won’t do otherwise,” I said as I continued laughing at my best friend.

“Tina, I have to go now; I have something to attend to,” Nicole says.

“Okay, bye, take care,” I said.

“Yeah, take care of yourself too, and don’t forget to eat,” Nicole tells her.

“Sure, I will, bye,” I said as I hung up.

I throw my phone beside me on the bed as I get up and lazily stroll to the bathroom to have my bath.

My eyes widened in bewilderment and surprise when I saw a vacancy for a secretary post in the Seamus Group of Companies in a magazine on the floor close to my bathroom. My heart couldn’t contain my joy.

“This could be my last opportunity,” I said to myself as I ran back to my computer, sat on the chair, and searched for the Seamus Group of Companies.

“Oh, my goodness!” I shouted, as what my eyes saw couldn’t be explained.

Seamus’s Group of Companies and specialty firms is an advertising and public relations industry that provides services in a series of disciplines: advertising, customer relationship management (CRM), public relations, branding, communication, digital marketing, direct and promotional marketing, experiential marketing, healthcare marketing, interactive marketing, and specialty services.Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

The services included in these disciplines are media planning and buying, digital and interactive marketing, sports and events marketing, field marketing, and brand. The Seamus Group was ranked as one of the four largest advertising agencies in the world by The New York Times.

Seamus Group was considered the second-largest advertising holding company by The Wall Street Journal. The company employs more than 77, 000 employees in over 100 countries worldwide.

“How could they be in need of a secretary?” I asked myself that because it seemed somehow to her, but I took it as a way the Almighty wanted to show me that he works in different ways.

I minimized my search and opened my Gmail account and searched for my CV (curriculum vitae).

I carefully edited my already processed Curriculum Vitae along with my credentials. I made sure not to make a single mistake in my name, age, date of birth, or any of my information there.

I also processed another new application letter. I obviously thought I made some grammatical errors in my previous application letter that made other companies reject me. I made sure the new one that was made was really okay, so that anyone who read it would understand every single word. I also attached all my credentials, including my curriculum vitae and application letter, in a PDF to avoid confusion.

“Oh, my God, Tina, please be positive; I’m sending it now,” I said to myself as I wanted to click the submit button.

I held my breath, closed my eyes tightly, and clicked on the submit button with my shaking fingers.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa, I clicked the button; I sent it already,” Tina exclaimed happily. I couldn’t believe I was applying for a job in one of the biggest groups of companies. I actually thought it was a dream until I clicked that submit button and found out it wasn’t a dream after all.

One thing that bothered me was my fate. If I could get rejected at those minor companies, what would be my fate at this major company?

“They probably wouldn’t even glance at my application letter, hmmmm,” I said to myself with assurance, as if I knew what they would do, but I spoke like that because of my previous experience.

Yet I still had that feeling that I would be accepted, no matter what, if I got this job.

“Lord, please, this is my last hope,” I finally said as I clamped my hands to get me in a praying mode.

I hoped to get an email by Monday, since today was Wednesday. I felt like crying so badly that the interviewer would hear my cry from there and send me an email immediately, but let me remain positive.

I turned off my system, stood up, and headed straight to the bathroom to take a shower and have a good rest.

“Nicole was actually right; I needed to get some fresh air,” I said to myself as I let go of the towel on my chest and turned on the shower. The thought of having a drink came to my mind as I gave a broad smile, showing off my dimples.

IN SEAMUS GROUP OF COMPANIES

“Shares of Seamus Group of Companies (NYSE: OMC) fell around 2% on Thursday morning, after the marketing and communications company reported third-quarter 2021 results. But as per usual, Seamus’s top and bottom lines continued to edge higher on a year-over-year basis despite the negative effects of foreign currency and a stubborn macroeconomic headwind. “How will Seamus’s CEO take this news and how will this be fixed?” Miss Janice, a New York television newscaster, reads out of the magazine as employees in the company carefully listen to each and every word Miss Janice reads out, as everyone is tensed up about the new record that was reported about their company.

“Oh my God, there is a big problem.”
