Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1246

The young woman stood there, blindfolded, with a silk scarf covering most of her face. All anyone could see was her skin, pale and almost glowing under the sun, and the slow, teasing smile forming at the corners of her lips. Out of the blue, Flora raised the gun in her hand, but she took her time. No rush. The moving target zigzagged wildly, making everyone's hearts race. Hitting a moving target is tough, even when you can see. Could Flora pull it off blindfolded?

"Bang!" A gunshot cracked through the air, snapping everyone's attention to the sound.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Four more shots echoed in rapid succession! Five shots in under three seconds! Flora had let loose a flurry of bullets.

And everyone turned to the moving target in shock-a huge hole was blasted right through its center! Flora's five shots had done the impossible. They'd pierced the target straight through! Each bullet hit dead center, as precise as could be. The crowd was left speechless. Silence swept over the place, thick and heavy.

Then, as if in slow motion, Flora pulled the silk scarf away from her eyes. She squinted slightly, admiring the massive hole she'd just created, her lips curling into a confident smile. With a flick of her wrist, she spun the gun in a stylish flourish. Smooth. Really smooth.

"Wow" she whistled, impressed with herself.

That was the moment the crowd snapped back to reality. Under the sunlight, the young woman, with a scarf in one hand and a gun twirling in the other, shone so brightly she seemed almost otherworldly.

Impressive! Absolutely impressive! They were utterly won over.

"Wow! Incredible!"

"Lady, you're amazing!"

They shouted, they cheered, they were on fire! Flora's performance had completely won them over. Forget everything else-her cool demeanor alone had captured their hearts, and her unmatched marksmanship? Unbeatable in the entire Martial World! Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

Connor watched Flora, who was glowing with confidence, and couldn't help but press his lips into a thin smile His Flora was just too dazzling for words. He wasn't

perfect man, by any means, but how lucky was he to have her by his side?

"Lady, I admit defeat." Rory approached Flora, bowing deeply in respect, his steps heavy, his face still pale. "Lady, you are truly remarkable. I'm thoroughly convinced."

"You did pretty well yourself," Flora said, tossing the gun into his arms. "Keep practicing, kid, and you'll go far."

"Anyone else want to take a shot at challenging my marksmanship?" she asked, scanning the crowd. As soon as the words left her mouth, everyone shook their heads vigorously. Who would dare challenge her now? That would be asking for humiliation!

"Alright, that's one challenge down," Flora said casually. "Next up, who's game?"

The crowd exchanged uncertain glances. They had thought Flora was just talking big, but seeing her in action, it was clear she was ready to take them all on.

"I'm up for anything," Flora grinned. "Pick your best, or let's go head-to-head in martial arts."

If they were going to compete, they might as well go all out. Wasn't their disdain for her because she wasn't part of the Martial World? Did they look down on her for not knowing martial arts? Well then, she'd face them in their own arena.

"Lady, you want to compete in martial arts with us?" Shadow asked, visibly taken aback.

Flora nodded confidently.

"Lady, do you... know martial arts?" Shadow inquired cautiously.

Flora's smile turned mysterious. "Well, we'll find out, won't we?"

Shadow glanced at Connor, who gave no objections, took a deep breath, and said, "Alright, then I will accept the Lady's challenge in martial arts."
